SHIPPING POLICY

If your artwork arrives damaged, defective or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery, including photographs of the product and packaging. We'll work quickly to arrange a replacement or suitable resolution.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

As every canvas is custom printed to order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

Change of mind
Ordering the wrong size
Incorrect delivery information supplied by the customer

Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
